With advanced tech-knowledge and organization, the ProTech makes sure every screw, every tweak, every stray fiber, every detail is meticulously scrutinized, tracked and implemented to exacting specifications. When problems, or potential future problems are noticed, the ARC ProTech informs the customer and notes reccomendations to correct issues before problems arise. The ARC Professional Technician takes his mess with him, leaving a "cleaner than when I arrived" look in the work area. The equipment is clean, the monitor is clean, even the cables have the power separated from data and are photo quality neat and tidy. The doors on cabinets are shut, and locked if required.
