Advanced Resource Communications is a provider of on-site technological services. An ARC ProTech is an ARC Certified Professional Technician. There are several levels of certification, one level for each skill set the tech possess. If you don't have the skill set to build a wireless home network, but have the skills to do commercial DMARC extensions and DSL router installations, you can be ARC Certified for the commercial applications while you train for others. The more certifications you get, the more, and more diverse, jobs you can get.
