Pay is very competitive, ARC does not charge you a percentage of the work order, nor is there any cost to get work orders issued to you.You are a Preferred Provider operating independently and are responsible for your own tax, insurance, employee and other business related requirements. Work orders start as low as $20 flat fee to several hundred dollars. The most typical and average work order pays $20 to $90 flat rate. Most jobs really shouldn't take longer than 1 or 2 hours. We also have an hourly contractor scale that is based on several variables. ARC ProTech may require certain documents including a certificate of General Liability Insurance from your insurance agent and a W9.
