An ARC Independent Professional Technician loves the people she/he is working with and is completely committed to their happiness and understanding. ARC ProTech's realize each person they meet is different, with different levels of "Tech-Saviness" and computer skills. A Preferred ProTech Provider has the technical and people skills and takes the time necessary to lead the end user to what, and how much, they want to know about their service call. We realize we only have a couple of hours with each customer and what we are able to pass on to them can make, or break, the (sometimes fragile) technical bond between the user and their technology.
